Your Role

Step into a role where you'll do much more than treat ailments—you'll help individuals rebuild their daily lives, rediscover self-assurance, and reclaim joy in their everyday experiences. From aiding stroke survivors in their fine motor skills rehabilitation to helping patients regain mobility following surgery, your comprehensive skills will enable you to deliver patient-centered care that nurtures resilience and independence.

This role is not about checklists or shortcuts; it's about recognizing every patient as a unique narrative. Each session you conduct contributes to their journey back to a fulfilling life. Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, social workers, and fellow therapists to create rehabilitation plans that reflect the individuality of each patient.

Why You Will Love Your Team and the Place You Call Home

You will discover a workplace that values your voice, nourishes your professional growth, and where your daily contributions make a tangible impact.

As for your surroundings, you'll be captivated by the Gulf Coast of Texas, a region that lures you with its breathtaking beaches, scenic waterfront, and rich cultural tapestry. Experience the rush of windsurfing, explore eclectic shops, or simply relax by the shore with a good book. Food enthusiasts will revel in coastal cuisine ranging from mouth-watering seafood to the local favorites served by charming food trucks. Embrace a community that welcomes creators, adventurers, and dreamers alike while still allowing space for meaningful connections and cherished moments.

Who We Seek

We're in search of a dedicated professional who sees occupational therapy as more than just a job; it's their passion. Someone who lights up at the sight of a patient achieving a new milestone — whether it's regaining mobility, vocalizing thoughts, or simply enjoying life more fully.

If you are an experienced OTR/L or a newly certified professional, the blend of heart, hard work, and humility will set you apart here. If you envision a career that integrates top-tier care with a fulfilling lifestyle, you may have just found your ideal match.

Join Us in Crafting Lasting Impact

Consider this your invitation to embark on a journey beyond a mere job title. Here, your contributions will help define futures, ignite recoveries, and restore what once was. Join us in a region celebrated for its harmonious blend of activity and tranquility.
