Homeside Rehab in Bay Shore, NY seeks a compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist or OTA to join our pediatric home health team. You will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy to pediatric patients in their homes, supporting motor skills, functional independence, and developmental outcomes while enjoying schedule flexibility and a collaborative team environment.
This role offers full-time, part-time, or per diem options with day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday, plus weekend
