Job description
Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Roseburg, OR, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans. You will lead therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient independence.
Licensed in Oregon or CAPTE-accredited education is required; experience in post-acute care is preferred.
