Job description
Glengariff Healthcare Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to assess and treat patients in a sub-acute/long-term care setting in New York. You will design and manage individualized rehabilitation programs and educate patients and families while documenting progress.
The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in NY, experienced with geriatric care, and capable of supervising PTAs and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Excellent patient service and professionalism are required.
