Job description
AdviniaCare Seashore Pointe in Provincetown, MA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapist, you will design and implement personalized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and quality of life for residents.
You will collaborate with rehabilitation staff, educate residents and families on exercises, and monitor progress while maintaining accurate records.
