Job description
Moving & Grooving Rehab Center in Port Jervis, NY is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, onsite role. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide recovery for individuals in home health settings.
The ideal candidate holds an active New York State Licensed Physical Therapist, a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, and at least two years of hands-on rehab experience in SNF or similar settings.
