Licensed Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals at our Assisted Living Facilities in Lamar, CO. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents regain independence and achieve their highest level of physical function.
As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:
Evaluating and treating residents with various physical limitations and disabilities
Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
Conducting therapy sessions in a safe and supportive environment
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate records and documenting resident progress
Physical Therapist duties may also include facilitating resident transfers, using assistive devices, and performing other physical activities to support resident care
