Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant (PRN)Join the HTS dynamic therapy team at a partner skilled nursing facility in Edmonton, KY (Metcalfe County), where your skills can make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. We are seeking dedicated PRN Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants to provide flexible, as needed coverage to support our growing caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking a flexible schedule and a collaborative work environment.Licensed new grads are welcome to join the team!Job DetailsProvide skilled physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility, including long term and short term rehab.Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of patients across various stages of recovery.Document patient progress and communicate effectively with team members and healthcare providers.Skills and QualificationsValid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, aligning availability with staffing needs.Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.Empowering Therapists. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
