Job description
The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, part of the CareRite Centers Network, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (Full-Time) to join our rehabilitation team. This 400-bed facility operates seven days a week and offers a diverse patient population from sub-acute to long-term care.
You will assess referred patients, establish and monitor treatment plans, supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, document progress, and educate patients and families.
