Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Ortho Our Locations: Kalamazoo (Gull Road/Texas Corners locations) Portage (1423 W Centre Ave., Portage) Vicksburg (13329 Portage Rd, Vicksburg) As an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses, depending on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach.
