Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehab care to patients recovering from major illness or injury. In this on-site role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to restore mobility, function, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress to clinical standards.
