Lead Plumber / Foreman — Run Your Own Crews, Real Growth PathPiping Systems Installations (PSI) is a high-performance piping contractor serving Southeastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire — handling everything from heating and cooling to fire sprinkler, plumbing, and process piping on projects ranging from $10,000 service calls to $1M+ industrial jobs. We're looking for an experienced Journeyman or Master Plumber ready to step into a foreman role — running crews, owning job sites, and building a real career with a company that invests in its people for the long haul. If you're tired of being just another guy on the crew and want to be the one calling the shots — planning the work, mentoring the next generation, and taking pride in a clean, well-run job site — this is your next move.Why PSI:Year-round, steady work — no seasonal layoffs.Real leadership track: run crews now, grow into bigger roles.Variety that keeps the work interesting — commercial, industrial, and residential.Safety-focused, no-nonsense culture — we give you what you need to do the job right.Well-managed projects, so you're not fighting chaos every day.What You'll Own:Lead and supervise crews across commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing projects.Install and oversee domestic water, sanitary, storm, hydronic, and gas piping systems.Handle layout, manpower planning, and daily field operations to keep jobs on schedule.Keep crews productive by managing material orders and onsite inventory.Read and build from drawings, specs, and submittals.Ensure work meets MA and NH plumbing code and safety standards.Be the point of contact for PMs, inspectors, GCs, homeowners, and other trades.Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen.Bonus: medical gas or hospital-type experience?
