With more than 45 years of experience, ARS delivers trusted home services and industry-leading solutions to homeowners and businesses across the country.We are seeking an experienced Licensed Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead and support our service technicians in the field. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, driving team performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.ResponsibilitiesBrother's is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor to be a leader in field operations, run elevated service calls, provide technical and sales training to increase efficiencies and revenue production among our service technicians.Supervises and delegates service employees, which includes assisting in hiring and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, counseling and training employees, evaluating performance and supervising work assignments to ensure effective operations.Evaluates work load and schedules sewer and drain cleaning service work in a way that best utilizes manpower.Will be responsible for inspecting jobs after completionResolves customer issues and problems encountered by service personnel. May meet with customer to develop a satisfactory solution.Instructs service personnel on proper service, use of materials and quality workmanship.Stays in touch with service personnel to assist with unexpected needs.Assists in the dispatching of services to appropriate technician using proper radio and dispatch codes based on workload, technician availability, technician expertise and priority of need.Checks to ensure that each job is complete. Ensures that appropriate job documentation and/or payments are returned to the office. May perform on-site inspections for large work orders.Evaluates staff to determine training requirements.Provides classroom and on-the-job training and support to employees.Reviews and promotes the maintenance of a safe, accident free and healthy work environment. Conducts job site safety visits and reports findings.
