Job Description Job Description A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.
Licensed Practical Nurse Hours
Can choose what shift you prefer - 6:45am - 3:15pm or 2:45PM - 11:15PM
5x8 hour shifts per week, includes every other weekend
Licensed Practical Nurse Compensation
The pay for this position is $ an hour paid weekly
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees
Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents/patients in a rehabilitation environment.
Perform patient assessments, monitor changes in condition, and report concerns to the RN and provider.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
Provide wound care, collect vital signs, perform clinical treatments, and assist with daily nursing needs.
Document patient care, progress notes, medication administration, and assessments accurately in the EMR.
Assist with implementing individualized care plans and support patient recovery goals.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Collaborate with RNs, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation staff to ensure quality patient care.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge processes as needed.
Maintain infection control standards, safety practices, and compliance with facility policies.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.
Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements
