Job description
PruittHealth is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will administer medications and treatments, perform ongoing patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and support rehabilitation and long-term care plans. You will collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, therapists, and CNAs to ensure safe, dignified care.
