Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver hands-on patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration. You will support patient assessments, documentation in the EHR, and patient and family education.
