Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this bedside role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient status in collaboration with RNs and providers. You’ll document in the EMR, educate patients and families, and help coordinate care across our network.
