Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living. You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support individualized rehab plans, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation—all within a nurturing, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
