Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working within a collaborative Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will provide bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support rehabilitation plans, and educate patients and families. You’ll coordinate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to promote optimal recovery and safe discharges.
