Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with treatments and procedures under RN/physician direction. You’ll document accurately in the EHR, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families on care plans.
