Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will provide hands-on patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient status, and support care coordination under RN and physician supervision.
