Job description
Essentia Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical team. The LPN will provide direct nursing care including vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and treatment support under RN/physician direction. Responsibilities include patient intake and assessments, documentation in the EMR, assisting with procedures, and reinforcing patient education and discharge instructions.
