Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and accurately document in the EHR while collaborating with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams. You will educate patients and families, support care plans, and ensure safety and infection control standards.
