Job description
Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute communities. The LPN will provide direct clinical care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document in the EHR while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team. In our faith-based, mission-driven culture, you’ll support dignity, safety, and person-centered outcomes, mentor support staff, and participate in ongoing training and quality improvement to continuously elevate resident care.
