Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (Visiting Nurse) to deliver compassionate in-home care across our Connecticut network. In this field-based role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, support care plans, and educate patients and families.
