Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high‑quality, patient-centered nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will assist with assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, document care, and support interdisciplinary rehab plans.
