Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Connecticut. In this on-site role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient status in collaboration with RNs and physicians. You will document in the EHR, support care planning, and educate patients and families.
