Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll provide bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support rehabilitation plans, and collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians. You’ll educate patients and families, document care accurately, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
