Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. As an LPN, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support individualized rehab plans in collaboration with RNs, therapists, and physicians. You will educate patients and families, document care accurately, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
