Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient status under RN and physician direction. You will document accurately in the EMR, support patient and family education, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
