We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure effective communication with clients. This role involves managing medical documentation, monitoring medication inventory, and assisting with patient assessments in a fast-paced clinical environment. The LPN will play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations and delivering exceptional patient service.
Duties
Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, provide guidance, and gather relevant health information.
Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) / Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to document patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately.
Assist in monitoring medication inventory, including dispensing medications as ordered and tracking supplies such as BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy) and GLP-1 prescriptions.
Stock treatment rooms with necessary supplies and ensure cleanliness and organization of clinical areas.
Conduct follow-up assessments of patients receiving treatments or therapies, tracking progress and reporting findings to the medical team.
Answer patient questions related to treatments, medications, or procedures while assessing information for the doctor's review.
Support the healthcare team by ensuring all medical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Skills
Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Strong communication skills for effective and compassionate client interaction and team collaboration.
General computer savvy being proficient in EMR/EHR systems for documentation purposes.
Knowledge of medication management, inventory control, and dispensing procedures. Experience with spreadsheets preferred.
Ability to perform patient assessments and follow-up care accurately.
Organizational skills to manage supplies, stock treatment areas, and track treatment progress efficiently.
Compassionate approach with excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Desire to participate in aesthetic treatments and willingness to be trained in laser & light technologies (Commission available upon completion of training)
