Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will provide direct, patient-centered nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vitals, and assisting with ADLs. You will collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and families to support individualized rehab plans, document care accurately, and promote safety and education.
