Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered rehab plans, administer medications, monitor vitals, provide wound and post-surgical care, and educate patients and families. You will document accurately in the EMR, ensure safety and infection control standards, and assist RNs and therapists in achieving optimal functional outcomes.
