Job description
Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents in a skilled nursing and rehab setting. The LPN will deliver direct bedside care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and accurately document in electronic health records. Collaborating with RNs, therapists, physicians, and families, the LPN supports care plans, participates in admissions and discharges, and promotes safety, dignity, and comfort.
