\ NOntario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to work for our 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Canandaigua, NY. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor!

\ NBase Rate is $29.50- $35 with an additional $0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights

\ N Recording health details of Residents;

including vitals & temperature

\ N Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed

\ N Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed

\ N May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

\ N Helps Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene

\ N Monitors Residents’ food and liquid intake and output

\ N Requirements:

\ N Must be able to work as a team member

\ N Valid NY State LPN license

\ N In good standing with State Registry
