Job description
VitalCaring is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate home health and hospice care. In this field-based role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing, including medication administration, wound care, vital signs, and symptom management under RN and physician direction. You’ll educate patients and families, document in an EMR, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.
