Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for our assisted living community. The LPN delivers hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, vital signs, and monitoring changes in resident conditions. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and caregivers to implement care plans and support ADLs. Ensure accurate EHR documentation, infection control, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work with advanced technology, receive ongoing training, and grow in a culture focused on compassion, teamwork, and professional development.
