Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will deliver hands-on nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, wound care, and EMR documentation.
