Job description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks an LPN Medical Team Administrator to deliver compassionate care in a correctional healthcare setting. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform assessments, and support chronic and urgent care needs. You will coordinate with physicians and behavioral health providers, maintain accurate and compliant documentation, and help manage clinic flow and supplies. Working within a secure facility, you’ll collaborate closely with custody staff while supporting a culture of teamwork, safety, and dignity for all patients.
