As an LPN with SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to incarcerated individuals within our correctional healthcare & medical services department. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, wound care, chronic disease support, emergency response, and accurate EHR documentation while ensuring compliance with facility and state regulations.
