Job description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks an LPN Medical Team Administrator to support clinical care and daily operations in a correctional facility. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, manage medication administration, assist with sick call and chronic care clinics, and help coordinate schedules, records, and communication among providers, custody staff, and patients.
