Job description
Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute communities. In this role, you will deliver hands-on nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document accurately in accordance with regulatory standards.
