Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support care plans under the direction of RNs and physicians. You’ll document accurately in the EHR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
