Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Manchester primary care team. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments, and support providers in exams and procedures. You’ll document in the EHR, coordinate appointments and referrals, and educate patients and families. Working with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you’ll help deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while accessing ongoing training, growth opportunities, and advanced clinical technology.
