Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality bedside care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support care plans in collaboration with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
