Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Manchester primary care team. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, collect vitals, and support exams and procedures in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You’ll document in the EHR, educate patients, and collaborate closely with physicians and RNs.
