Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality bedside care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient status under RN and provider supervision. Responsibilities include patient education, documentation in the EMR, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting a safe, inclusive environment.
