Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring, while supporting RNs and physicians. You’ll document in the EHR, follow infection control and safety standards, and educate patients and families.
