Job description
Provide hands-on nursing care to residents, including assessments, vital signs, medication and treatment administration, documentation, and assistance with daily living. Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, and other medical personnel, follow resident care plans, and respond to emergencies. Current state LPN/LVN licensure and CPR, AED, and First Aid certification are required.
