At Byron Wellness Community, nursing is about relationships, advocacy, and helping people live with dignity, purpose, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

Providing direct nursing care and treatment services

Administering medications and monitoring effectiveness

Assessing resident needs and reporting changes in condition

Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and medication aides

Coordinating care with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

Participating in admissions, transfers, and discharges

Updating and implementing resident care plans

Completing required documentation and clinical records
